Help activating phone?

I just got my 6+ and everything is backed up and running but my phone number is not working. I see the tmobile in the corner but my phone number is greyed out, i cannot send text or make calls. I cannot select my number to send and receive messages.

try in settings, general, reset, reset network settings

Go to tmobile or call them.
