iPod touch Help adding unix commands

Can someone tell me how to install a unix command/app from my computer to my Touch using Putty? I downloaded a copy of telnet compiled for the iphone, and I cand find any clear or whole sets of instructions on how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have moved my Applications folder, and made a symlink, just to let you know. I used Touchfree v0.6 to jailbreak it.
