I have a pair of AirPods Pro 2 which are less than one year old. The last several times I've used them, after 3 minutes of phone call, the person on the other end tells me they can barely hear me, and I need to stop using them to remedy the problem.

This has been inside my house, so the cell phone call is via WiFi and the signal is very strong. So I'm pretty sure it's the AirPods. Can someone advise me how to report this failure so that I get a repair or replacement under warranty? I'm kinda worried that Apple will return it with No Problem Found and just waste my time. Is there any diagnostic or test I can perform?

Could you not call AppleCare and demonstrate the issue live on the call with them?
