I have a Free Agent external hard drive with about 2000 photos and videos. They were transferred previously from a pc that had Windows. Today I plugged in the drive via usb and everything was there. tonight I did the same thing and GONE! None of the photos are there only a weird 'preview' thumbs.db folder, which each contains 16kb. I can't seem to even view these thumbnails and do not know where the high resolution files even went. I didn't do anything or press anything to do this..I dont even know how I would do this.
I have googled my issue and nothing is showing up for Mac.
Can anyone help me?
