Help! Aluminium MBP stuck trackpad!

Hi, clearly I'm new here, but I need some help!
I've searched all over the web and I can't find anything that can help me. I recently got my 15" late 2008 MacBook Pro and today I noticed that the trackpad was stuck! It's stuck in the lower right corner. It doesn't click! The left side does, but not the right side. Please, help!

That isn't right, call or go to the Apple store.

i have a small dead place too on the lower left of my trackpad.
when it click it, it makes a clicking sound... but doesn't do anything.
sometimes i have to press harder. i solve the problem by enabling
double clicking on the trackpad, so i dont have to press all the way
down but instead, click twice. and now i'm using a logitech nano.
