HELP amazonaws.com and nsurlsessiond sucking up my broadband data

I've discovered that my wifi data was completely sucked in a day, which usually lasts for a month.
i have been using Little Snitch and saw that nsurlsessiond using s3.amazonaws.com keeps on uploading large amount of data with no apps open. However it has nothing to do with amazon cloud etc.
I have been on this for the whole day and i am DESPERATE! SOS!!
