I'm stuck on startup display with a status bar at the bottom. it always shuts down when it reaches 25%. what to do? =[
actually I ended up here when installing mavericks. first got the 'damaged disc' warning. I press cmd R and reboot, recovery partition loads with 3 options: I click ' choose startup disc' hoping I can just go back to mountain lion. but then it stuck in startup display and keeps on shutting down. help..
