Having "bricked" my 6s+ yesterday I have been unable to update using iTunes. iTunes adds the update to the downloads list, but it just sits in the download list doing nothing. I left it for 7 hours on a good connection, so something is wrong.
Is there a direct download link for the image file? There used to be a way to download it outside of iTunes and then drop it into a folder. Then iTunes should find it and install it. Is this still the case, and if so does anyone know where I can find it?
