Help Apps programs running on 10.9 but not 10.8

Hi just had a crash in my mac book air which was with a 10.7, so it turned with 10.8,
ok it's seems much nicer
but, I don't want 10.9 yet!!!
So I cannot install a few of the programms as apple i life and others
any help to get out of this situation
Once trying to install it says you need 10.9
I would nearly rather turn to 10.7 at this point of time

or is there any way to keep up with the programms on 10.8 ???
