Help! Apps say waiting after i erased all content and settings

I erased all content and settings for the beta 5 OTA. Im still on beta 4, restored from icloud backup but all my apps say waiting. Do i need wifi to be able to download all of them?

apps say waiting as they're re-downloading since you ERASED content and settings (do you see the key word there). they're going to re-download, but quicker if you're on wifi. Depending on how many you have, it can take a while.

Patience is the key. it's the same as if you were setting up from a backup via iTunes.

None have made progress though since last night. I have full bars of 3G. I guess ill wait until i get home tonight so i can use wifi

well i've only done it when on wifi, so maybe it's limited to that.
