Help! Audio Locked!

okay so my brother was doing something on my Mac with Ishowu and had to restart it. Now the volume level is locked at full volume but I can't hear a thing!

Restarting does not work.
Logging Out Does not work.

UPDATE: I have found the problem. I reinstalled Soundflower and it works fine now. Thank you though for your support.

Try resetting the app's settings. Have you gone to System Preferences?

If was locked on full volume, you should be able to hear audio..

Go to "System Preferences" click on "Sound" make sure that the "Input" is set to "Internal Microphone" and the "Output" is set to "Internal Speakers".
