Hi all, this might be a lengthy one, but I am in a need of an urgent help and any kind is more than welcome!

Few nights ago my iPhone X 64GB's screen decided to be unresponsive to the touch. Phone wasn't damaged or anything like that, simply stopped responding to touch commands but officially working (display at least).

I thought that it might be a bug, so I did a hard reset, entered the DFU mode, etc, nothing helped.

Then I've realised that I didn't have the latest update, and upon a recommendation to go into restore mode and do an update (which would save your data), I got stuck on a "Swipe up to recover" message, which doesn't help at all, as I can't swipe.

What I'm trying to do is back it up on my PC, which for some reason (perhaps an iTunes reinstall) is not trusted, first I couldn't click "Trust" and now I can't finish the restoring process for the above-mentioned reasons.

Is there any option that I could create a backup, as I have some sensitive data on it (contracts under NDA that can be accessed via my Outlook, etc) that would still ultimately be better deleted than in a shop where someone has my unlock code (which was an offer to be done)?

I have the authorised Apple service (and the phone is still under warranty), they have today removed the Find my iPhone for the repair, but I have decided not to give the phone just yet, until I see if there are any backup options that can be explored.

Thanks in advance to all of you guys and gals!
