Help backing up contacts.

Hello Everyone,

I was hoping you guys could help. I have a 1G iPhone, over 200 contacts entered manualy. I've never synced contact w/ iTunes. If I sync w/ iTunes and iTunes is empty will I loose my contact on my iPhone?

If you sync your contacts with iTunes, it will transfer them over to whatever option you select. Just make sure you don't click the box further down the page that says that all information of a selected category will be replaced on this phone. Cheers.
