Help backing up

hi guys, i just got a media sonic drive bay and loaded all of my media, pictures and files onto it. I'm using my old externals as a backup of the drive bay, and want to keep those in a separate location. what I'm trying to do is backup any "new additions" to the bay to my internal second hard drive and then move that onto the old externals every several months. so does anyone know of a way to choose a folder to backup to another drive but only files added after a certain date?
