Thinking to get a 16gb, 1TB, 13" non touch bar. I'm now struggling to work out the best way to plug it to my two Dell in extended mode at 2560x1440. I would also need to plug to an ethernet cable.

A USC-C Dock for one monitor (and other stuff) and a USB-C to DisplayPort cable for the second monitor.

What is nice, is that the dock will also charge your MBP. Unfortunately, there is no way to connect 2 monitors in extended mode from a single USB-C port. Even if the dock as 2 video outputs.
