Windows XP SP2 installed with Bonjour for Windows. Mac OSX 10.4.7 with a Shared USB Printer. I want the Windows PC to print to the shared USB Printer on the Mac. The printer is shared in the Print & Fax System Pref.

I install the printer with Bonjour (on the Windows XP machine) ...I see it, install the correct driver, etc. I open Word and print a doc...I see the progress window and it acts like it's printing.

I check the Print dialogue on the Mac and it says there was a completed job...

BUT...nothing prints. The printer does nothing.

What do you mean correct driver? To print from Windows to a Mac shared printer, you need to use the Windows PostScript driver.

I reintalled the printer with Bonjour (in Windows XP) and used the pre-selected postscript driver....works perfectly.

Thanks! I had no idea.
