I hope you can help as this is doing my head in!
I have a iMac G4 with iSight and iChat using AIM userid trying to connect to an XP machine with no-name camera, using AIM PC application. Both firewalls are completely switched off.
We can see each other in the buddy list. We can chat. When either try to initiate video chat a box pops up saying <user> invites you to video chat. We both accept but I get a message saying <user> has not responded. She gets the same but also error message saying might be a firewall problem
But if the firewall's are both off, whats the problem?
I read on a post that the XP user needs to change UPnP settings but she can't see those options on her screen. Does she need to switch to advanced XP screens?
