Help burning AVI to DVD With 5.1 Audio

Help! I am trying to burn to DVD some Avi's downloaded from bit torrent sites, I am using Visual Hub 1.29 and all is working fine except I have downloaded some that have been stated as having 5.1 audio tracks but when I burn them and play back on my dvd player all I get is 2 channel dolby digital. My receiver (Harman Kardon AVR 245) automatically detects and plays the encoded tracks. When I try and change the audio track on my dvd player I only get the one track (dolby digital 2 channel) I am using a 2.0 ghz new Imac w. Visual Hub 1.29

Visual Hub doesn't support 5.1 audio after conversion to MPEG2 except as a passthrough. Just buy the DVDs.
