Help buying macbook pro ram

Hi. I am looking at upgrading my 15" mid 2010 macbook pro 2.66GHz i7.

I have had a look around but would like to know if there are any supplies that can be recommended, if one is better than the other or do they all give the same results and wheres best to buy. (uk based)

I always check on RAMSeeeker.com and trust Crucial because they guaranty there sold RAM.
