Help buying new apple computer...

Hi,
Currently i have an imac which will be 2 years old in november.Im thinking buying either the new imac 24 inch 1800 usd model or the MBP 15 2000 usd model.Can someone give me advice on which one to buy.(i had 3 macs before the imac) also i would advice on where to buy from becouse i live in Budapest and here every mac cost much more...

Depends on how badly you need the portability. Get the laptop if you need it, otherwise the desktop is a better value for the technology.
