HELP! Can I install Limera1n over Redsn0w without a restore

I have redsn0w beta4 4.2.1 untethered on ipad, with no bluetooth but i want to try the new limera1n 4.2.1 JB. Do i have to remove and restore ipad first or can i just use limera1n JB over redsn0w. Another question is that limera1n Utube 4.2.1 vid a fake
