Today I was making a Facetime call and my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1) went black and got stuck after the call finished. I am not sure about exact battery percentage but it was low though.

I plugged it in to the computer, nothing happened. When I opened iTunes it recognized the phone as in recovery mode. I tried to restore it but it was resulted in error -1.

I put it in to DFU mode and tried again, no luck. I tried every alternative
I could think of on that computer and another one with fresh install of iTunes and recently, including the redownloading the 6.1 firmware from Apple.

So far no luck!

I tried all options and wanted to ask if anyone has another idea? Would it be a hardware issue?

P.S.: The phone was never jailbroken.
