HELP! Cannot upload CSV file using Safari 4

Hi,
I need to upload a csv file using safari.
The exact same file made with excel would work using IE on a PC.
On my mac, it does not accept it saying that the format is not correct.

Does anyone have any idea?

I have tried to research it online but no luck.
