I am trying to activate my new iPhone 12 Pro Max with Verizon. I purchased it new from Apple and received it yesterday. I have 1 line and simply want to replace my iPhone X. I log in to the desktop site and on the screen where it asks me to input my SIM ID, it says "Sorry your SIM doesn't work on our network." I popped it out and it's a Verizon 5G SIM, so it should works right? Anyone else having this issue? I am currently on hold with them too using a landline, but the wait time is an hour. Please help thanks.
