Help, can’t add my outlook mail account!

So I had deleted the mail app to use the official outlook app... but I now want to go back to the mail app, so I deleted the outlook app but when I open Mail and try to log in it give an error message saying the account is already created!

Any ideas what to do? I’m mailless!

No... it used to be before I deleted the mail app. Now when I open mail I just see the initial list of mail providers

Only thing I Can suggest is to reset phone. You know hold two buttons (depending on model) until Apple logo appears

Are you on iOS 11? If yes, do you see the Outlook account under Settings/Accounts & Passwords?

You solved it!! It was there but set to inactive. Thank you so much!
