Help? Cant decide if i should use the invisible shield or not?

Hi, I have a iPhone 3GS, and I heard about its obly-whatever (i forgot how to spell it, or say it) screen which helps with the figure prints. I am thinking about buying the invisibleSHIELD or it because i am not a fan of using cases. But I dont know if i can because of the obly-whatever screan because I heard its bad for the screan to get wet, and the invisibleSHIELD uses a spray. Is it safe for the screen?

And also, any of you use it? reviews?
