hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, i wasn't sure where to post it. I read a post like tis about a similar file but couldn't figure it out. I downloaded adobe photoshop and premiere elements 9 and it gave me the Akamai file thing. it's called netsession_mac_13d7a2d. And my problem is i want to delete it because i don't know what it is and i've deleted the programs. there is also the debug.log file that i cant delete either. how can i do this? thanks.

P.S. whenever i attempt to delete it it says the file is in use which is my problem.

Open the Terminal and type

Code:
lsof | grep <filename>

Replace <filename> with the actual filename obviously. It'll tell you what program is using the file.

not quite sure what it means but this is what it said. I also managed to delete the logs folder and the debug.log file

I've no idea. I don't know what it is. I don't know where it came from. I don't know how you started it in the first place.

You could try killall netsession_mac_13d7a2d in the terminal
