Help can't double click on mou5e key5

I'm di5abled and 5o I u5e the mou5e key5 on a mac mini but VVhen I upgraded from 5noVV leopard to mountain lion I noVV cannot double click anything. A mou5e vvork5 ju5t fine but not my mou5e key5. That mean5 if I vvant to open a folder I have to right click it and 5elect open in5tead of ju5t double clicking!

(my key board i broken too 5o forgive the 555 and vvvvv)
