Help! I just spent my meager bucks on upgrading to Powerpoint 2011 and am running OSX Mountain Lion on an early 2010 MacBookPro 17".
When I try to drag and drop slides in the Slides section on the left of the Normal View, it will highlight and move the slide but it won't "drop" it. This happens no matter where I try to drop it. I have to hit ESC to do anything else. This also happens in the Slide Sorter View.
If I try to drag a photo or audio file from the media panel, I have to "Force Quit" PowerPoint to get my system to work.
This doesn't happen when I'm trying to drag and drop elements such as a text box or image already in a slide. It also doesn't happen to me in Powerpoint 2008.
Help! Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Alex
