help! Can't find data in Pages tables through Spotlight.

Does anyone know how to get spotlight to read tables created in Pages? Does it already do that and there's something wrong with mine?

This is driving me crazy. I put my student's grades in a pages document (in a table) but must have saved it in the wrong folder. Now I can't find the damn thing! The problem is, whenever I put in a student's name in a spotlight search, only documents without tables turn up. I should mention that it finds names in word docs fine, just Pages. HELP!!!
