Help! Can't get Photo Stream to work

I've upgraded to iPhoto 9.2 and selected Photo Stream in the iCloud preferences on both my iMac and iPhone 4S. Unfortunately, the photos do not stream or sync over wifi automatically.

Is there a step I'm leaving out or something I'm doing wrong?
