Help! Can't print to Adobe PDF printer driver, says "install software"

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection

The printer driver "Adobe PDF" says "Printer ready" but has a little yellow triangle with "!" mark reading "You need to install software to use this printer".

Is this a known bug? I did a complete install of CS4 so this shouldn't be happening... :(
