I am new to IPhone, migrated from S7 to Iphone7 S.
I have 2 problems.
I did synchronise my photos from my PC to the iPhone. Some pictures are not supposed to be saved on the iPhone. The delete button in the picture gallery on the iPhone is greyed out. I understand they should be deleted via iTunes.
I connected the phone to iTunes and to my surprise the photo library is not listed, when I clicked device. I have attached a picture of the device libraries.
2nd problem.
I do not want to backup any to iCloud, how to disable it. It’s currently full now for some reason. Can I empty and ignore the service? If I empty iCloud will my data be deleted from the phone?
Any help would be much appreciated.
