Help...Can't Sync Movies...

I am extremely frustrated....


I am leaving on a business trip tomorrow and am trying to sync some movies and tv shows to my iPad 3...


I was able to get the tv shows to sync after some time though I do not know what I did differently to make things work...


I was NOT able to get the movie to sync...the weird thing is that:

1. I think that I have the iTunes settings right (see the attached jpg file)

2. The movie shows as being transferred to my Ipad yet when I select the video app it is nowhere to be seen.


I would greatly appreciate some assistance from the experts here as I do have a few hours before I have to leave for the airport.

The Plot Thickens...

I have now also noticed that my Apps are not updating either...to add a little clarity:

1. I updated my Apps in tunes

2. I connected my iPad to my laptop

3. I selected update Apps

4. I pressed sync but the Apps did not update?

What gives?
