Help checking multiple Inboxes

I have 3 mail accounts that I check regularly. my .mac, yahoo mail and my work (using exchange). Say I have new messages spread out over all three accounts. Currently to view al the messages I have to do:

1. Click Mail to go to Accounts (assuming that is where I left off)
2. Click XXXX@mac.com->Inbox>Read Mail
3. Click back to <-XXXX@mac.com<-Accounts
4. Click XXXX@yahoo.com->Inbox>Read Mail
5. Click back to <-XXXX@yahoo.com<-Accounts
6. Click XXXX@work.com->Inbox>Read Mail
7. Click back to <-XXXX@work.com<-Accounts

In Windows Mobile 6 on my Dash I could use directional to switch from INBOX to INBOX to INBOX with one click...

Is there some tip/trick/shortcut I'm missing so I can easily see or switch from the various inboxes without having to navigate down and up and down and up and down and ... well you get the point....???

Bump, Because I have the same question...

Additionally, is there any way to get E-mail account info up to date on the "Locked" Screen. Kinda a Quick check to see what accounts have unread e-mail..

These are 2 items where WM seem to be better, or have an advantage..
