Help choosing a hard drive upgrade

I have a 15 inch MacBook Pro. I have a 120 gb hard drive in it now. I am wanting to upgrade. Do you think the segate 7200.3 is a good choice? I want something that will run nicely in the machine. Any suggestions?

I have heard some say it causes the computer to get really hot. Or that it makes a ton of noise, etc. I"m worried about installing it and my computer not behaving the same as it behaves now...
