Hi!
I am so in over my head. Please be kind:)
I'm trying to put Windows on my son's iMac 20-inch, late 2009, has 2GB, plenty of space.
Tables state that my model is compatible with Windows 7, 32bit - only. But would rather use Windows 8 or newer.
He will be gaming.
Just updated to El Capitan.
Which Windows should (can) I install?

Thanks so Much!

Your son's iMac may have plenty of hard drive space but it could use more memory. Add another 2GB of memory which will give him around 3.3 GB of memory in Windows 7 x 32 bit. Even though OS X will use all 4 GB, Windows 32 bit is limited to around 3.3 GB. (Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 will not install on that machine.)

Great info!
I have a membership to Dreamspark.
They offer a download of Windows 7 Embedded Standard (FREE).
Will the embedded version easily install on my machine?
I have the option of downloading:
Runtime 32 bit and/or the Toolkit 32 bit.
Would I need to download both or which one?
If it's tricky, I might just opt for finding a regular license even though not free.

I really appreciate the help!
