Recently i had my iPad 2 out at a bills game and when i went to go and use it as soon as i applied pressure the screen cracked i was wondering if this is a normal occurrence or what. And if some one has a name of some one who can fix it for less than $150 they have a job

First, you may take it to an Apple Store and just explain what happened. If it wasn't dropped or doesn't show any damage from being dropped, they may just replace it for you. If not, they'll offer you an out of warranty exchange which I think should be $249 for an iPad 2.
If you don't want to do that, I'd personally try to find a local cell phone repair shop and see what they would charge to replace it.
