For the life of me I can't get my Edimax EW-7206APg wireless ethernet bridge to work.

The IP address of the bridge is 192.168.2.1
Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

I have configured the ethernet port on my desktop computer to 192.168.2.10, subnet mask 255.255.255.0

With this configuration, I can use the desktop to access the bridge's browser GUI and change its configuration in any way. So presumably my ethernet connection between my desktop and the bridge works.

Further, when I use my laptop (which has built in wifi so I can access my network and internet just fine) to open my wireless router's browser GUI, I can open the "DHCP table" and I see the MAC address of the wireless bridge in the list. So presumably the bridge is connected to my wireless network.

And yet I can't get the internet working on my desktop. This is pissing me off. I don't know what settings I'm supposed to change. If it makes a difference, the IP address of my wireless router is 192.168.1.1. I think I have it working fine, though, because according to the router's DHCP table, the bridge has picked up the IP address "192.168.1.105".

uggghhhh I just want to get online with my gaming desktop so I can play Starcraft 2...
