Help Connecting Airport Express to PC...Please

My primary computer is my 12in Powerbook, however, I am needing a PC to run two different types of software so I hooked up my old dell and installed a D-Link wireless G adapter. I installed the cd that came with the wireless adapter and it is picking up perfect signal from my airport..shown by all of the green bars in the status menu.

However, it still won't connect to the internet and I'm not sure what settings I need to change or what I have to do. If you have experience in this please help. Thanks in advance.

Does the PC have another network connection open? Do the internet settings on the PC match those of your Mac?
