Help: Connecting Clip - Marware CEO

Hi, I really don't want to sound dumb here but I cannot seem to connect my marware belt clip to the back of the marware case. I have the CEO sleeve (not premium) and it doesn't not seem to connect at all in any way even with excessive force. Any help would be very appreciated.

Slide Blade A (on the clip) into grove B (on the sleeve).

I get that clearly. But clip A is not snapping onto clip B. I believe it may be a warp in the plastic not causing the hole to go ontop of the circle spot. As well the circle can not be pushed down?
