HELP: Creating a flyer with MS Word

I'm working on a flyer for a class hw. It says I need to change the style set to "Formal" and theme fonts to "Metro". I'm working on a Mac and the book I'm working off of is basically written for the PC version... "MICROSOFT" Word... duh!

I've checked under styles and document theme, yet there is no option for formal. Any help?
