Help...custom CallMe icon?

So, I've converted all my icons to high res icons for my iPhone 4. All except one. I use CallMe to give me a quick speed dial for my wife. The icon that it makes for my speed dial is terribly, terribly pixelated and hideous. Is there any way to replace that manually?

Make an icon you like, SSH it into your phone.
