iPod touch Help! Cydia apps not working

I upgraded Cydia today because it wouldn't let me install anything. After the upgrade, my iPod rebooted and now none of the cydia apps are working. For example: I have winterboard installed but the themes aren't working. Same goes for everything else. It's installed but doesn't do anything.

I fixed it, the mobilesubstrate update was causing the problem

I can't even get into cydia at all I've literally tried every damn thing **** cydia
