Help--Cydia repos broken

I just updated to 4.3.1 and jb'd using redsn0w for windows. I restored from backup using pkgbackup and when it asked if I wanted to merge or overwrite my cydia sources I mistakenly pressed overwrite.

I think that this is why when I open cydia I get an error for all my sources. Is there a way to get back the defaults?
