iPod touch *HELP* Cydia won't open and Icon broken

ok, I am new to this website, and I just jailbroke my ipod touch 5.1

I started it up, and i click cydia, the icon was white and it shows a white screen for .05 seconds and exits out of cydia... HELP?!?!?
