[Help] Dead Pixel or Stuck Pixel?

I have this black dot kind of, in the middle of my screen. I do not know if I can judge it as a dead pixel or stuck pixel. It's ok if I'm not on a white background website, but when I am, it shows up. It just appeared, and this is a brand new MacBook Pro. It didn't appear until I think sometime after I upgraded to Mountain Lion. Can someone help me out? Would really appreciate it. Thanks. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum (newbie 😀).

I've had this happen to one of my MBP machines- LCD needs replacement at Apple store.
