Help deciding which internet is needed for iPhone 2G on T-Mobile.

I just picked up my first iphone a few days ago and am wanting to get internet for it. I have read around about some people getting the T-Zones $5.99 internet to work. But all the posts were pretty old. Does this still work? If not what is the cheapest one that works. Wanting to stream YouTube mostly. I plan on getting mobileme and using it to sync my emails to my phone also.
