I am playing around with my frequency settings for my Time Capsule to get the fastest transmit rate. Can someone explain what the left and right sides of the hyphen means. For example, what does the last setting on the drop down menu (the left and right of the hyphen) 802.11n only (5GHz) - 802.11n only (2.4 GHz). I guess I don't understand what the relationship is between the left and right sides of the hyphen.
