I do a bit of light tech support for my old father. I had neglected to do any updates for a long time. He's using a 2010 Mac mini and I installed a SSD I used to own. He has minimal needs mainly browsing internet, email and watching youtube. That's it.

However, I have had my Apple ID associated with this computer. He also has his Apple ID.

When I performed the big software update for some reason I was logged into my Apple ID and it imported all my iCloud documents and all my safari bookmarks from my own MacBook Pro. I can't have these on my father's Mac and I don't want him to see my personal information, browsing history and bookmarks.

I think I have deleted my Apple ID off his Mac mini but yet all my bookmarks are still there in Safari for him to see.

How do I delete these off his Mac and also delete his access to my iCloud documents while not actually deleting them from my MBP?

Any help would be really appreciated. I've done some research but I thought all my personal information would be gone when I deleted my Apple ID off his computer.

At the same time it would be useful if his few bookmarks were able to be retained.

If he has a backup, delete everything and then restore his items from backup. If he does not you will have to manually do it one by one.

An update: I did not find a way to fix it automatically so I did it manually. I exported my bookmarks and then deleted them all. I signed my father into everything which requires an Apple ID iMessage, FaceTime, iTunes, Mac App Store. He will not use any of these except for the automatic software updates. But by removing my Apple ID from all these I'm hoping none of my personal information or messages come through to him again.
